EWA Annual Election 2026: Voting opens Monday 2 November!
The EWA Annual Election will be open on Monday 02 November 2026, closing on Monday 09 November at 11.59pm.
Members will receive an email Monday with a link to vote. If you do not recieve an email, please email [email protected].
Voting
Whilst there are a few positions on the various committees being open to election, all Committees have the opportunities for appointing committee members, so those who are nominated and may not be successful in the election may be offered an appointed position – again these are not ‘closed shop’ positions – they are genuine positions to ensure there is a good balance of skills and representation on the committees. Nominations for appointed committee members will be called for following the elections.
We have a strong sport that is once again growing, please consider helping us to make the sport successful into the future.
Who can vote
All eligible voting members can vote in the EWA Board and Coaching WA committee elections. For the Sport Committees, you can vote for up to two committees, being the ones you selected when you renewed your membership. If you are the responsible person for a junior member, you are also entitled to vote.
Sport Committee and Coaching WA elections use preferential voting, so you will be asked to rank the candidates in your order of preference.

Using the Form sent to your inbox on Monday; allocate your preferences by numbering your votes next to individuals name, 1 to 6:
1 = First Preference (most preferred candidate)
6 = Sixth Preference (least preferred candidate)
Voting opens on Monday 02 November 2026, closing on Monday 09 November at 11.59pm.
All voting will be conducted in line with the EWA Constitution and EWA By-Laws, which can be found on the EWA website.
