Nominations open from the Tuesday 28 October and close 11.49pm, Sunday 16 November 2025.
Please note all nominations will need to be completed by online JotForms linked to each of the below categories. We encourage you to include as much information as you can about your nominee before it sit's in front of our Selection Panel.
