Important Information
To keep our State Equestrian Centre facilities clean, safe and enjoyable for everyone, we’ve introduced a Stable Management Plan outlining stable hire fees, cleaning bonds, and a new lock replacement fee. These measures help ensure stables are properly maintained between users and remain in excellent condition for horses and riders alike. Please review the details below before making your booking so you understand the hire fees, bond conditions, and cleaning expectations at the end of your stay.
SEC Stable Management Plan (March 2026)
Stables and camping open for booking 4 weeks before each event. If you need to book a stable or camping within 48 hours of an event, please give the EWA/SEC office a call on 9296 1200 so we can assist.

SEC Facility Hire Terms & Conditions
Please note that stable bookings need to organised 2 days prior to weekend events to avoid a $20 Late Booking Fee.
Only horses are permitted in the stable. There are lockers available for storage purposes on a first-come, first served basis.
