Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026

Dear Member,

Equestrian Western Australia (EWA) invites all members to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held on Friday 19 June, starting at 6:00pm and located at the State Equestrian Centre, Brigadoon.

This year offers an important opportunity for our community to come together, reflect on the year that has been, and hear directly from the Board. Members will receive an overview of EWA’s activities, achievements and organisational performance throughout 2025, along with a review of the Association’s financial position.

We are also pleased to share that Equestrian Australia Chair, Nicholas Ballard and CEO, Ben Houston will be joining the meeting online to provide members with a national update and insights into the broader strategic direction of equestrian across Australia.

The AGM provides members with the opportunity to participate in formal governance processes, engage in meaningful discussion, and ask questions directly to both the Equestrian WA Board and national representatives.

Please note the 2025 EWA Annual Report will be made available to members approximately two weeks prior to the meeting.

Following the AGM, members are warmly invited to stay and enjoy the excitement of the EWA Indoor Grand Prix Jumping Spectacular, returning for its second year at the State Equestrian Centre. With thrilling competition, food vendors onsite and the SEC Sports Bar open throughout the evening, it promises to be a fantastic night for our equestrian community.

We encourage all members to attend and be part of the evening as we continue working together to shape the future of equestrian in WA.

Nibbles provided to all AGM attendees who have RSVP’d with a complimentary drink upon arrival after registration.
