EWA Leading the Way: Respectful Relationships in Sport
Our sport is proud to champion respect, equality, and safe environments for everyone involved.
The team from Starick’s Respectful Relationships Sport & Recreation Program are joining us for informative session focusing on taking a stand to promote gender equality and challenge harmful stereotypes – in and out the arena.
We strongly encourage clubs, staff, coaches, volunteers, and riders – especially those who influence others in our sport – to attend. You’ll gain insights into:
- Gender inequality and its impact in sport
- Family and domestic violence awareness
- How clubs can embed respectful relationship practices
- Practical steps to build healthier, safer communities
The session will be trauma-informed and safe – participants can step out at any time, and support services will be available.
