Cancellation of Jumping WA Elections

Dear EWA members,

Following legal advice as requested at the EWA AGM, we have been advised that the dissolution of the EWA Jumping Committee was not conducted within the rules of the EWA Constitution and therefore the EWA Jumping committee is reinstated and the proposed Jumping elections cancelled.

The further question regarding eligibility to vote at Sport committee elections and the voting process was found to be compliant with the EWA Constitution.

The EWA Board apologises for placing the Jumping committee members in this situation.
