Congratulations Amy O'Neill, Volunteer of the Month!

Amy O'Neill’s remarkable dedication to the equestrian community has earned her recognition as the Horseland WA Volunteer of the Month. A longstanding member of Murray Eventing Inc, Amy has dedicated over a decade to volunteering, consistently going above and beyond to ensure the success of events. Her involvement extends not only to her home club but also to other events where she competes and volunteers.

Recently, Amy played a pivotal role on the committee for the Murray Eventing Inc Grand Prix, an event that was celebrated for its outstanding organization. In the lead-up to the event, Amy coordinated volunteers, photographers, and sponsors, ensuring everything ran smoothly. On the competition day, despite riding two rounds herself, Amy was actively involved in every aspect of the event, from commentating on the PA system to picking up jump poles and supporting both riders and volunteers.

Amy’s selflessness shines through her willingness to help others, whether it’s schooling horses, providing coaching, or offering words of encouragement. Her commitment, hard work, and positive energy leave a lasting impact on everyone she meets, making her a vital part of the equestrian community in Western Australia. Her contributions continue to inspire and elevate the sport for all.
