Volunteers

Volunteers are at the heart of every equestrian club. Whether it’s running events, supporting riders, helping with horses, or managing behind-the-scenes tasks, our volunteers make it all possible. Your time, skills, and passion create a safe, welcoming, and thriving environment for our community.

Why Volunteer?

  • Support your club – Every role, big or small, helps keep events running smoothly.

  • Learn new skills – From horse handling to event management, volunteering is a great way to build experience.

  • Give back to the sport – Help grow equestrian sport and support the next generation of riders.

  • Meet new people – Join a friendly, supportive community of horse lovers.

Whether you have a few hours to spare or want to be more involved, there’s a role for you.

Resources for Volunteers

We want to make volunteering easy and rewarding. On this page, you’ll find:

  • Volunteer Handbook – Everything you need to know about roles, responsibilities, and safety.

  • Training Opportunities – Workshops and online learning to build your confidence and skills.

  • Safety Guidelines – Essential information to keep volunteers, riders, and horses safe.

Interested in becoming a Volunteer?

  1. Register your interest – Get in contact with your local club, they always on the lookout for more volunteers.

  2. Choose your role – Let them know what areas you’d like to help with.

  3. Access training – We’ll provide resources and guidance so you feel prepared.

  4. Join the team – Start volunteering at upcoming events and activities.

Thank You

We couldn’t do it without you. Every volunteer makes a difference—thank you for giving your time, skills, and energy to support our riders, horses, and community.
