Recognising Our 2025 Equestrian WA Local Legends
As part of National Volunteer Week (19–25 May 2025), Equestrian WA is proud to shine a spotlight on some of the incredible individuals who go above and beyond to support our sport—especially in regional communities.
This year’s theme, Connecting Communities, perfectly captures the role our volunteers play in uniting riders, clubs, and families through their tireless efforts and unwavering dedication.
We are proud to recognise the following outstanding volunteers as our 2025 Equestrian WA Local Legends:
- Jenni Brown – South West
- Bonnie Dunlop-Heague – Wheatbelt
- Amanda Sproule – Goldfields-Esperance
- Tom Tremlett – Peel
Nominated by their peers, clubs or regions, these individuals embody the true spirit of community, generously giving their time to make a real difference in their areas.
As a small token of our appreciation, each Local Legend will receive a thank-you gift from EWA and will be acknowledged across our platforms during National Volunteer Week.
To every volunteer across Western Australia—thank you for your passion, commitment, and the positive impact you make on our sport.
Don't forget you can still recognise your local volunteers in our Horseland WA Volunteer of the Month Program - NOMINATE TODAY!
