EWA would like to invite you to provide feedback on the 2022 EWA Annual Awards Night and the current EWA awards policy.
This survey has been created as a way for EWA to understand your thoughts surrounding the EWA Annual Awards and the current EWA awards policy.
EWA is constantly looking at new ways to improve; so we welcome feedback to assist us in identifying areas of improvement.
This survey is voluntary, confidential and should take roughly 5 minutes to complete. Responses will not be identified by the individual, rather compiled together to analyse trends to help EWA. The survey will be open until end of February.
