Umbrella Community Care visit the State Equestrian Centre

Yesterday Equestrian WA (EWA) hosted the Umbrella Community Care group for a tour of our home, the State Equestrian Centre.

Led by Anna Harrison in 2000, Umbrella Multicultural Community Care, was formed by a group of dedicated people from diverse ethnic backgrounds with the aim to delivery a community-based organisation to support ethnically diverse seniors in Western Australia.

Umbrella thrives in providing specialised and tailored care by matching bilingual carers and volunteers to diverse clients and offers the programs are government-funded and have been designed to keep individuals connected to their community while living independently and on their own terms.

This is the first of many tours EWA will provide Umbrella Community Care over the months of May and June, showcasing our sport as well as focusing on the centre’s facilities and recent upgrades.

Thank you to Umbrella Community Care and their members for choosing us for one of their local weekly outings.
