Reminder: 2027 Event Date Applications Close Sunday

Equestrian WA affiliated clubs are reminded that applications for preferred 2027 event dates close this Sunday, 9 August 2026.

Clubs wishing to nominate dates for events during the 2027 season should complete the relevant online 2027 Event Date Application Form before the deadline.

Where possible, clubs are asked to nominate two preferred dates for each event. If your club has any scheduling restrictions that may impact your preferred dates — such as shared venue arrangements or other commitments — please include these details in the comments section of your application.

Clubs have also received information regarding the application process via email, so please check with your Club Admin before submitting to avoid duplicate applications.

Following the application period, Equestrian WA will work through the submitted dates and prepare the draft 2027 Events Calendar for consultation.

Please note: No event dates are fully confirmed until the final 2027 Events Calendar is distributed.
