Equestrian WA CEO Zac Acott with a representative from Down Under Recycling

Recycle your containers at the State Equestrian Centre as part of the Containers for Change scheme!

Recycling containers in the Swan Valley has just been made easier, as members can now deposit their containers that were otherwise destined for landfill - conveniently and hassle free at the State Equestrian Centre (SEC).

EWA and the SEC have teamed up with Down Under Recycling as part of the Containers for Change WA scheme.

The funds from any containers that you drop off to the SEC will be donated back to the Centre and used to help improve the SEC facilities.

Like many of us in the community, Equestrian WA and the State Equestrian Centre are committed to creating a better world for us all by increasing recycling and reducing the number of drink containers that litter our environment in Western Australia.

You too can now be a part of that positive change at the SEC - reducing litter and waste in our parks, streets and waterways.

Whether you are participating in or attending an event at the SEC, or want to drop off your containers during business hours, just look for the bins with the Down Under Recycling or Containers for Change logo to make your contribution.

You can also support Equestrian WA by returning your containers at a Containers for Change depot. When you're at the depot, all you have to do is quote the Equestrian WA member number (scheme ID) or present the QR Code/Barcode for scanning by the Containers for Change team. You'll find all the details below.
