Help Us Record Your Results Correctly!

To streamline our processes and align with the new national results record system in JustGo, Equestrian WA is reviewing how event entries and competition results are captured and processed across the sport.

As part of this work, we’re asking all members to take a few minutes to review the information saved within the online platforms they use to enter competitions.

Whether you enter through Nominate, Equipe, Event Secretary or another online entry platform, your rider and horse information needs to be accurate and consistent with the information recorded on your EWA membership profile in JustGo.

Before your next event entry, please check:

Rider Name
Ensure your full name is used and matches your EWA membership record.

EWA Membership Number
Check that your current membership number is entered correctly.

Horse Registration Number
Ensure the correct registration number is attached to your horse.

Horse Name
Please ensure your horse’s name is entered without apostrophes (’) on event entry platforms.

Why is this important?
Accurate and consistent information allows EWA and event organisers to correctly match riders, horses and competition results.

These records are important across many areas of our sport, including membership and entry eligibility checks, horse performance records, High Performance and JEDS squad pathways, Interschool programs and other performance-based initiatives.

Small differences in names, membership numbers or horse details can make it difficult to correctly match results to EWA records and may require additional manual checking.

By keeping your details accurate, you are also helping event organisers undertake appropriate membership, horse registration and eligibility checks when processing competition entries.

Taking a few minutes to update your details now will help us build accurate results and a more streamlined process for everyone.
