EOI for High Performance Rider's Rep

The EWA High Performance Panel is seeking expressions of interest from the current high performance members to join the EWA High Performance Panel as a Rider's Representative.

The Panel provides input and guides the direction of the EWA High Performance Program towards achieving the goals and objectives outlined in the EWA High Performance Strategic Plan. The Panel consists of a group of selectors from each discipline and the EWA High Performance Officer.

The Panel shall provide advice to the High Performance Officer, CEO and Board on:

• Pathways planning
• Nominated performance requirements and targeted events
• Educational opportunities and requirements of athletes
• High Performance events
• Coaching resources and promotion of High Performance Coaches
