EOI for Dressage State Squad Selectors 2018-2020

Equestrian WA is now accepting expressions of interest (EOI) for the position of Selector for the EWA Dressage Squads for 2018-2020.

There are two (2) positions vacant as Hazel Hikins and Chris Sharpe have now completed their terms.

State Squad Selectors are responsible for:

• Selection of horse and rider combinations to represent WA for team or individual entry at various State and National Championships or any event where selection is required.
• Selection of horse and rider combinations to WA State, Recognition and Youth Squads.
• Advise the High Performance Manager (HMP) on selection issues including the formulation and revision of selection criteria and policies.
• Reporting as requested to the HPM in the EWA office.
• Playing a role in the development procedures for the sport within WA.
