Meet Boomerang – a talented off the track Thoroughbred making his mark in the world of Eventing!

Raced under the name Proud Warning, this lovely gelding is by My Admiration out of Silver Omen and is now proudly owned by Kate Stoney. Since leaving the racetrack, Boomerang has been turning heads for all the right reasons in his new life under saddle.

The 2025 season has seen Boomerang team up with young rider Rosie Palmer, and the pair have been busy clocking up solid results across the state in the EvA95 class. From Gidgegannup to Capel, Boomerang has consistently placed in the top 10, including a fantastic 2nd place at Wooroloo and 3rd at Moora Horse Trials.

With his bright ears, willing attitude, and serious love for cross country, Boomerang is proving to be a true all-rounder. 

We wish Boomerang, owner Kate and rider Rosie all the best for the rest of the season—and look forward to seeing what this off the track star does next!
