Stable & Camping Booking – Important Information
Stables and camping open for booking 4 weeks before each event. If you need to book a stable or camping within 48 hours of an event, please give the EWA/SEC office a call on 9296 1200 so we can assist. Please note a $20 late booking fee applies to bookings made at short notice.

Please note that stable bookings need to organised 2 days prior to weekend events to avoid a $20 Late Booking Fee.
Only horses are permitted in the stable. There are lockers available for storage purposes on a first-come, first served basis.
