Equestrian WA is proud to recognise Sara Roth as this month’s Horseland WA Volunteer of the Month, acknowledging her outstanding 20 plus years of dedication to the sport.
A long-standing member of EWAP, Sara is known across the eventing community for her tireless commitment, positive attitude, and willingness to lend a hand wherever she’s needed. She plays an integral role in supporting the coordination of cross-country course builds and is regarded as one of the country’s best cross-country course controllers, ensuring the safety of riders and the smooth running of events.
Sara’s generosity extends far beyond her own club — she’s always on the move helping others. Just last year, she drove from Gidgegannup to Capel to assist Swan River Horse Trials in preparing for their event, despite not competing herself — simply volunteering to help.
Sara’s dedication, reliability, and community spirit embody the true essence of volunteering. Thank you, Sara, for your incredible contribution and unwavering support of equestrian sport in Western Australia.
