Commit to Complete Coaching Clinic # 3 Report

The twelve prospective coaches who signed up to be assessed at the EWA Coaching Committee’s ‘Commit to Complete’ Coaching Course, attended the first of the two four day clinics that were held last week at the State Equestrian Centre. The aim of this program is to facilitate candidates in their efforts to achieve their EA Intro Coaching and Level 1 Coaching certificates.

Four of the candidates are working through their Intro Coaching workbook, three candidates have completed their Intro Coaching slips and are now starting their Level One and the remaining five candidates, through their competition results and completion of the Level 2 HM assessments are eligible for the EA Fast Tracking program, to begin with completing the Level One EA Coaching syllabus and assessments.
