2021 SRSJC INFORMATION & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

ONLINE CREDIT CARD ENTRIES at www.globalentriesonline.com.

FLOATS & TRUCKS park in the designated areas. No floats or trucks to park on the grassed area between the arena and the bunkhouse.

DRAW ORDER: Competitors out of draw order risk disqualification from that class unless otherwise arranged with the judge/SRSJC official .

CLASSES: ONLY 2 CLASSES PER DAY PER HORSE, entered in each class ONLY ONCE . 

TRAINING ROUNDS: ONLY 3 Training rounds per day per horse. 

PROGRAMME: The organizers reserve the right to change the classes and/or programme without prior notice.

PRIZES: The Organisers reserve the right to adjust and/or limit advertised prizes, be it in cash or kind, if there are insufficient placegetters to fill the designated number of placings in a particular class.

COMPETITION ATTIRE: Competition jackets, shirts with buttoned collars, stocks or ratcatchers and white or beige jodhpurs/breeches. When allowed to ride without jackets, riders’ shirts must have short or long sleeves.

TRAINING ROUND ATTIRE: Smart casual riding wear. Don't have to wear white breeches, long sleeve tops are recommended. 

PRESENTATIONS: Riders MUST appear for MOUNTED presentations & be in competition attire or risk forfeiting their placing and prizes.

STALLIONS: Must display green disc on their bridle or saddlecloth and be securely yarded. When tied at trucks, they must be supervised at all times.

CURRENT PERFORMANCE CARDS and HORSE REGISTRATION are mandatory for horses competing at 1.05m+.

ELIGIBILITY: EWA, SRSJC, Adult Rider Club & PCAWA members can compete at SRSJC shows. All competitors compete under EA rules.

SRSJC MEMBERS receive a $5 per class discount on entries, early entry codes & waitlist priority. Join online by searching 'CLUBS' for Swan River Showjumping Cub  at www.globalentriesonline.com.au.

REFUND POLICY: Global Entries does not automatically issue refunds. To receive refunds (less a $20 admin fee), competitors MUST notify the organiser about scratchings/changes by texting Lucy 0408 848 295 or emailing [email protected]. Scratchings made AFTER entries close require vet/doctor certificates received by SRSJC within 3 days after the competition and incur a $25 cancellation fee (includes the admin fee). Other scratchings are non-refundable. Changes during shows are at the discretion of the organiser and costs adjusted accordingly. 

CANCELLED/SUSPENDED EVENTS: The organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend or postpone SRSJC events due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. The organisers will endeavour to refund riders for unused class entry fees and return other fees as deemed appropriate. A $20 administration fee will be retained to help offset costs associated with the event.

Draws: Available online two days prior to an event at www.globalentriesonline.com.

EWA CLASSES: Please read the rules for the EWA classes prior to entry as scratchings due to being ineligibile will incurr the scratching fee. Rules are avaliable on the EWA website.

RUBBISH: All manure, hay and rubbish must be cleaned up around floats, trucks and yards before leaving competition grounds. It is not the responsibility of the event organisers to clean up what's left behind by individual participants.
