Thank you for registering for our Off the Track Dressage and Jumping Competition this Saturday. We are looking forward to seeing more than 100 off the track horses compete in 230+ class entries this weekend! Please find the draw attached to this email.

All riders will receive a “Goody bag” courtesy of Off the Track WA. Please check-in at the Off the Track WA tent on the Presidents Lawn to collect yours.

Please find attached provisional dressage and jumping draw. There is also a mud map for your reference if you are new to the venue.

Show Jumping Start Times – Showjumping will run through classes congruently starting with the 45cm at 6:30 am. The showjumping course will be open from 6:00 am and prior to each new height. As a guide only we anticipate the following start times:

  • 6:30am 45cm
  • 7:30am 60cm
  • 9:30am 75cm
  • 11:20am 90cm

Riders with multiple classes and/or multiple rides please note dressage times take precedent over jumping classes. If you anticipate a clash please inform the jumping marshal before your draw position in your class so we can best accommodate you noting we cannot guarantee classes will be held for you and they will not be held for “no shows”. It will be at the jumping judges' discretion as to if classes are held. If you anticipate a clash I suggest notifying the marshal and riding your jumping class early.

Scratchings – please email these to [email protected]

Course build will be at 2:00 pm Friday in the indoor stadium. All riders are welcome to attend

All horses have been issued with a number and it is important this is worn at all times the horse is at the venue. This will be emailed to all competitors tomorrow. Those who have ordered number holders can pick these up with your rider bag when you arrive.

Catering will be available on the day both on the Presidents Lawn and at the Mamalili café at the front of the venue.

Scores will be available online via www.nominate.com.au/scoreboard/results There is also a phone application available to download called “ScoreBoard” to keep up to date with all results. Dressage tests will be emailed straight to the email you used to enter the event.
