Manson awarded D'Arcy Slater Foundation Scholarship

Equestrian WA would like to congratulate WA rider Jessica Manson on being selected for the D'Arcy Slater Foundation Scholarship.

Jessica was one of four D’Arcy Slater Foundation Scholarship winners in the summer round of scholarships administered by the WA Institute of Sport.

Scholarships will be offered on a bi-annual basis, to ensure that both winter and summer sports have equal opportunity to be considered. Up to seven individual scholarships worth $5,000 will be awarded annually, together with up to one team scholarship worth $10,000. Selections are made and administered by WAIS with the winter round of scholarships opening in June. Equestrian WA will announce when the next round of scholarships become available so members of the equestrian community can apply.

Board members Bill Slater and Christina Slater are delighted to see a scholarship go to a member of the equestrian community, of which the have been involved in for many years.
