As Caretaker, you live on site at the State Equestrian Centre, Brigadoon in the single-storey Caretaker house (4-bedroom 2 bathroom). The successful applicant will be required to work 12.5 hours per week, this is a paid position, and a rental agreement for the Caretaker house will be required. The rent for the caretaker house would be equivalent to the Caretaker remuneration.

Reporting directly to the Facility Coordinator, you will ensure that the facility is secure after hours (inc weekends), provide after hours support and is presented to a high standard for events and other bookings. You will find your day diversified as you are tasked with a range of duties including but not limited to completing maintenance, gardening, mowing, waste management and more.
