Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given to the Members of Equestrian Western Australia Incorporated that the 2015 Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held at the State Equestrian Centre, 303 Cathedral Avenue Brigadoon 6069, commencing at 7.00PM on Wednesday, 20 April 2016.

The Agenda of the Annual General Meeting is as follows:

1. Welcome and address by Equestrian Western Australia Chair, Mr Colin Chantler
2. Apologies
3. Acceptance of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting conducted on 29 April 2015
4. Annual Report of Equestrian Western Australia 2015 Annual Report
5. Adopt the Annual Report
6. Adopt the Statement of Accounts for the period 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015
7. Adopt the Balance Sheet as at 31 December 2015
8. Appoint an Equestrian Western Australia Auditor for the 2016 Financial Year
9. Any other business
